The Budget Committee consists of 14 citizens of Sweet Home, which is mandated by State law. Seven of the committee members are the elected City Councilors and an equal number are at-large citizens appointed by the City Council. Each citizen member is appointed for a term of three years which are staggered to ensure there is some continuity each year. The Budget Committee members are:
