RESOLUTION NO. 12 FOR 2025

A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE CITY’S ELECTION TO RECEIVE STATE REVENUES.

The City of Sweet Home resolves as follows:

Section 1. Pursuant to ORS 221.770, the city hereby elects to receive state revenues for the fiscal year 2025-2026.

PASSED by the Council and approved by the Mayor this 10th day of June, 2025.

* I certify that a public hearing before the Budget Committee was held on May 1, 2025 and a public hearing before the City Council was held on June 10, 2025, giving citizens an opportunity to comment on use of State Revenue Sharing.
