City Manager Goals
The City Manager is in charge of operations for the entire city. They direct staff and day to day events. Every year in the spring, the City Manager establishes goals that will be completed for the upcoming Fiscal Year. (July 1-June 30) These goals are separate from Council Goals and are NOT the only projects that the City Manager will work on this year, they are just goals that WILL BE completed during this fiscal year. These goals are established after public and internal staff meetings and goal setting workshops. In an effort to be transparent and show the community the progress of these goals, we have started using a new project tracking website. This website will be updated regularly and will show that current status of the City Manager Goals.
