Linn Libraries Consortium

The Sweet Home Public Library participates in the Linn Libraries Consortium.  Our motto is "sharing knowledge, resources, and expertise." Being a part of the Linn Libraries Consortium allows us to make smarter use of our collection, saving taxpayer money and providing an increased level of service. Sweet Home residents have access to over 200,000 titles. The Consortium provides:

  • A courier service between select Linn Libraries, so that cardholders can request items from across the county and pick them up at the own local library.

  • A shared catalog between all of our libraries.  Using this catalog, you can find items from libraries across the county with a single-click.

  • The Consortium Catalog and Courier service are funded by each member Library.

Memorial Donations

Monetary donations in memory of a loved one are always welcome. Donations can be made in person at the Library or mailed to us. Please include who the donation is in memory of. If you would like the donations to go towards a specific item or collection, just let us know.
