Home Repair Program
Sweet Home and Linn County have partnered with DevNW, a local nonprofit agency, to offer Federally-funded home repair loans with 0% APR and NO monthly payments to homeowners with low or moderate incomes. Loans can be used to repair a home to a safe and healthy condition, repair or replace items to reduce expenses, or adapt a home for accessibility. For more information, contact:
