2025 Chili Cook-Off Entry Form - Registration will open soon!

The 2025 Harvest Festival Chili Cook-Off is brought to you by

the City of Sweet Home, Radiator Supply House, and the Road Maggot Motorcycle Group.

BEFORE FILLING OUT YOUR APPLICATION, please review the 2025 Harvest Festival Chili Cook-Off Instructions, located at the bottom of this page.

• Due to limited space, the Chili Cook-Off is capped at 12 participants. If you register but are later unable to attend, please notify the coordinator as soon as possible so your spot can be offered to someone else.
• There is a $25 entry fee to be paid when you register. There are no refunds at any time for any reason.
  • Once you hit submit on your registration form, you will be directed to the Municipal Pay Portal.  When it asks if you want to leave the page, click Yes.  Once in the portal click on Building Planning Items and then Harvest Festival.  Follow the instruction from there. If it does not automatically direct you, return to this page, click on the blue Building and Planning Items link above, click on Harvest Festival and then follow the instructions.

ALL Proceeds from the Chili Cook-Off go directly to a charitable cause or organization (TBD).
